BBX Capital's website faces UX challenges like cluttered design, unclear navigation, weak calls to action, mobile unfriendliness, and outdated visuals. These issues hinder user experience, potentially impacting engagement and overall satisfaction with the platform.
I served as the UI designer alongside two other talented designers, actively contributing to the design and prototyping phases of this project.
As the UI designer for this project, our journey began with the ****UX researcher conducting a comprehensive UX audit and interviews with participants. Armed with the insights garnered from the audit, we seamlessly transitioned into the website design phase. Utilizing the valuable information provided by the UX research team, we crafted prototypes for rigorous testing and established a robust design system. The culmination of our efforts was the delivery of the finalized design assets to the development team.
